I've always enjoyed the sport, along with the strength you gain from it, haha! I currently climb with a team of supportive other avid climbers, all of whom strive to improve their current capabilities. I myself through my climbing career have been able to do 20 consecutive pull ups along with a ten minute plank. I quite like doing strength training and competing against other team members for motivation to do even better.

Similarly, I try to be just as active of a sailor as I am a rock climber. I started sailing about five years ago, and absolutely fell in love with it ever since. During the beginning I liked just taking out a dinghy with a family member and sailed around for fun. This turned into volunteering at that same sailing club, which later had me become an official CANSail 1-2 and race team coach. Through my sailing career, it taught me my absolute love of teaching. I learned how much I loved to see how my teaching can help others enjoy the same activity as myself.
